Oh please! A 7 year old PT, bought used, old battery?????
![]() I've got 2, two-year old PTs. Both with the original batteries. I run the CD player in soonercruiser at cars shows for hours on end. Never a problem starting; even in the Oklahoma summer heat. **At the first hint of weakness, I will replace the OEM battery...probably with an Interstate. I have owned 8 cylinders, 6 cylinder minivan, and now the 4 cylinder PT (had a 4 cyl Voyager years ago too). If I wanted all that power (and gas usage), I wouldn't have a 4 cylinder car! What did you expect? ...but, the turbo GT vert gets up and goesssssssssssssssss!!

. I ussually change the oil, spark plugs, and the air filter, when I get a new to me yet used car. I never expected to have to be the lucky one to have to buy a battery after two weeks of ownership .
