The 'tints' refers to the shading on your windows. Here in the US, depending on which state your car is in, you might be allowed some light tinting; or dark tinting; or no tint at all, just clear window glass. Some of our states allow tinting on the rear side windows, some on rear and front side windows, and some on the rear hatch window only.

Indeed in Brazil is not allowed too dark, but the police not bothered. Only in blitz. I prefer no tint, but I am afraid of stolen the DVD, then i put the dark one (the name in brazil is G5).

I believe he means "tinted windows". Here in the US, the laws are strict to how much of a tint you can use.

the windows are tinted---in some states you cant have the frount drivers windows tinted in some you can just not a dark tint your appear to be prett dark like limo tine
