Default MODIFIED WINTER RIDE

well my project is done for now.I just finished fixing the winter car. All four fender corners rust grinded out. Along with rust on doors and in rocker panels in front of rear wheels.Rust inhibitor, bondo, and factory spray bomb turquoise paint applied...Rock chips touched up along with scratches. Hubcaps resprayed. All 4 wheel wells sprayed with black tremclad paint...I had to use it up. I'm quite happy with the do it myself project...

That's pretty choice for a winter beater. I dare you to come "grind the rust" out of my '94 Tempo

Speaking of winter beater, mine has cost me $600 in unexpected repairs this week, including "custom" rear brake lines. UGH.

Should/could this become the official winter beater pix thread?

Hey their careyk,

That looks great for a winter car, or even a daily driver! looks like you got her cleaned up pretty well! Nice shine!

Here's my daily driver/work truck. I bought it last year to retire the PT from scrapin too many driveways, and hopefully in the not to distant future get my PT on air bags so I can make it up onto a trailer for hitting some of the shows farther away from home. The truck is just so much easier on my back!

Its an 05 Nissan Titan, with 22" OZ Wheels, Borla 2 1/2 cat back exhaust, and a 2000 watt JBL Audio System.

Not too bad for a driver. Now if I could just fit those wheels under the PT, I'd be all right

Take er easy!
