Have your bumper checked anyway. There is styrofoam behind it as an energy absorbing material. If that was cracked, the strength of your bumper may be affected.

Yup, and i will take the bumper off just as soon as it stops raining. Hopefully the styrofoam absorber is ok, and I would say so because she wasn't even going over 2mph. It was just the push that made me get off the car.

Hey Everyone,
My Wife, and Daughter were out getting fast food once upon a time a couple years ago, and had a guy in a Nissan Titan back out into them. Just a light tap, but the way it hit, it took out the hood, left fender, headlight, grille, bumper, and lower valence! I remember both of them walking in the house crying cause they couldn't figure out how to tell me the PT was wrecked! Honestly, the first thing that ran through my mind was.....I am glad you are ok, and, since we had a couple of small rock chips in the bumper, hood, and grille, we are now on our way back to having near perfect paint again....Sweet! Big hugs, and kisses to Momma, and Daughter, and off to my buddy at the body shop for some fun time! ![]() ![]() ![]() Unless its a bad one, I try to see small fender benders as opportunities to upgrade! Maybe you've been wanting a Crusher front end for your PT, but never had the money. Some poor guy accidentally back into you, and your faced with the opportunity to maybe pay the difference over a stock one, get paint for free since they were gonna repaint the other one anyways, and bam, went from trajedy to Cruising in style in a heartbeat! Ya never know! Just got to see the bright side! Take er easy! Candyman
