After gas prices reached $3.99 here in Dallas I never thought we would see the price go back down this low again!

I may be showing my age here, but I remember it used to be a big deal when the price went up a just penny. The price of gas just did not flucuate this drastically in such a short period of time.

Pretty scary if you ask me.

BTW, I paid $3.11 for Supreme/Premium (93 Octane) over the weekend...it hasn't been this low in quite a while! The crazy thing was when I rolled up to the station, the board indicated that Supreme/Premium was $3.16/gallon, but the prices were being changed as I turned into the station. I thought they were going down cuz of the the price of oil. But, as soon as I selected 93 octane, the price on the pump was $3.119! I was elated and thought that they were lowering the prices. When I looked back at the board, the new price for Supreme was $4.06!!!! You're talking about price gouging!!!!

ON her way back to the building I asked her was 4.06 correct. She said yes and that I must've selected the grade when they were changing the prices on the pump. So, I walked away with $.95/gallon discount for premium grade gas!!!! That's approximately $12.00 worth of savings for the entire fill-up!
