FWIW, I haven't replaced it yet, but I did find a replacement that looks to be virtually identical. Autozone and O'reilly's didn't have them, but AdvanceAuto did. The antenna was specifically marked as a chrysler antenna, and the base and bezel nut area look the same from what I can tell.
Hopefully I can get it put on tomorrow without any trouble.
