I have a 5 speed manual 2001 with 71k miles. Haven't had any problems with it until now. I got sideswiped and brought it in to the auto body shop. They put in a new rear passenger door and did other work on the passenger side. After I picked the car up, it now is hesitating pretty heavily and idling rough. Is it possible that they messed with something other than the door or is it just a cooincidence? Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.
Along with the new door, did they do a lot of painting and sanding? They might have cleaned and washed the car when they were done and possibly lifted the hood to blow or wash off the dust and over-spray. Check around for loose wires or anything they might have touched or dislodged. Somehow the air filter might have picked up loads of dust so check that too.
