Default BUMPER REPAIR IDEAS??

OK my PT which previously had duals(I removed them) replaced & reinstalled factory exhaust.I like it much better-quieter,,anyway,,the bumper is cut to fit duals.Any ideas on fixing this without buying a new bumper cover??All ideas welcome at the lowest cost that look good,,thanks MJB

No fix, but I believe www.raceandstreet.com has a "dummy" exhaust tip that can be used to fill that cutout. If not, I know I have seen it somewhere, give Maggie at raceandstreet a call, she has a 800# listed at her website.

Just what I was going to suggest, if you don't like the empty divot....a dummy exhaust.

(if you are that picky, then you would have to have matching exhaust tips too - no downer, as I'm that picky too)

Ok >>I found fake tip ,,,they want $100.00-you actually get two tips in case your real side isnt chrome-mine is,,,( has anyone seen one on a PT? How does it look..how does it attached on the fake side? How does it match up(does it look stock?) again thanks--not cheap,,MJB

It bolts on using existing bolt.

IMHO you can't tell the difference that it isn't duals but stock exhaust.

OK THANKS HOOLIGAN,,,,LAST QUESTION,,IS IT WORTH THE $100?? It comes with both sides of chrome tips... my PT already has one side chrome(factory) Do they match up--look the same,,again thanks MJB;;;;(much cheaper than new bumper)

THANKYOU Hooligan!! I got simulated Exhaust from Toy-Truck-Parts -PT(Maggie gave me #) only ($92.00-total with shipping)--got it installed it & saved lots of $$$ -I (didnt have to buy bumper cover-)-- looks stock also,,, again thankyou!!
