Default 2 Issues - Need Help

#1 --- For some reason or another, I keep blowing fuses when I use my air compressor for roadside tire changes. The compressor is a 15A and the fuse that keeps blowing is a 15A in the power outlet slot. I've already blown through 4 fuses doing 2 tire changes today.

#2 --- Letting the car idle, the rpm's once every couple of minutes dips down and the car shakes and the a/c blows hot air. I'm guessing this is happening when the a/c compressor kicks on. When I'm driving, at any speed, all is good, ice cold air, no problem. This just happens inbetween calls, sitting in a parking lot idling. Any ideas why this might be happening? No check engine lights or anything like that.

Ok I'm not 100% sure but Id say the 15 amp fuse should be up to a 20 amp the compressor is probably pulling a tad more than the 15 and it kicks the breaker/fuse

on the rpm thing i think some body else had that issue don't remember what it was some map sensor or something like that

There is a sensor somewhere that tells the computer that the compressor kicks on, the computer is supposed to react to that by raising the idle to compensate. Here's something to read....
