Ok I'm not 100% sure but Id say the 15 amp fuse should be up to a 20 amp the compressor is probably pulling a tad more than the 15 and it kicks the breaker/fuse
on the rpm thing i think some body else had that issue don't remember what it was some map sensor or something like that |

There is a sensor somewhere that tells the computer that the compressor kicks on, the computer is supposed to react to that by raising the idle to compensate. Here's something to read....
