I just took my 2002 cruiser to a chrysler dealer repair guy and he is quoting me $800 to have the radiator replaced. Does that seem right. He claims because of the compact nature under the hood a lot has to be removed to replace the radiator.
Any rhoughs would be greatly appreciated Jim |

Jim,
As has been said, check around. The dealer has the highest labor charges of anywhere and replacing the radiator "ain't rocket science". You could do it yourself if you've done any work before. The radiator fan has to come off first but that's just a 45 minute job and once that's done the radiator itself is a piece of cake.
