how do you set the time in the 2003 pt cruiser???

Hopefully you have the owners manual. If not download the manual, it is listed in a "Sticky".

On a 2003 PT there wasn't a separate clock like on the 06+ PT's, it was built into the stereo face. If it's like mine, there should be an H and M button (for Hour & Minute) somewhere near the eject button for the CD.

Yup. Still true on '05. Get a nail or ball-point pen and push in the tiny holes for hour and minutes.
