just curious
I'd LOVE to have mine lemoned simply b/c it's very costly with repairs, but I love my car so I'm having a hard time. I contacted a Lemon Law lawyer and they are going to look at all my service records and give me an opinion on how easy/hard it will be.

I have not, but nearly did. My 2005 was eligible under California's laws, but the dealer finally did get it fixed so I did not follow thru. You need to talk to an attorney in YOUR state, because the laws are different depending on where you are. In CA, it is a minimum of 3 attempts to fix the same problem in the first year or some such thing--mine took four (it was the steering rack and as such, was safety related). Anyway, you need to look into what the laws are in your state.
