Default Weight - 05 versus 08

Does anyone know the weight differences between the 2005 regular PT model and the 2008 LX? It feels like the 08 is heavier but I haven't found anything to confirm this.

Cool Re: Weight - 05 versus 08

Can't tell you I've heard that question asked in a couple of years that I've been on this forum. I should be easy to look at the door jam sticker between the tow models to find out.

I did a simple Google search and came up with curb weight of 3101 lbs for a 2005 (didn't say base or what) and 3147 for a 2008 LX. Looking further, you might find additional info.

Check the tire pressure - low pressure in tires will make a car feel heavier...
