Question: If all these ppl are only getting one key with their vehicle (as I did), just what exactly are the people selling the cars doing with the other key and both keyfobs??

Is there a huge pot of PT keys and fobs at the end of a rainbow somewhere?

It's a cruiser-conspiracy.

It might grow on me like that "dog so ugly it's cute". If it behaves and doesn't pee on the driveway, maybe I'll give it some mod-treats!!

AND - they ALWAYS throw away the Owner's Manual
It's laziness. They have a board and just hang up one key, just dump everything in the glove box.

Those extra keys live in the same place as the missing socks.

I was lucky when I bought my 01LE back in June it actually had both FOB's with a key on both and the owners manual. Which suprised me...My wifes 01 VW Beetle needs a new key and the dealership told me $55 for the key and another $55 to program it and I thought that was bad.

And what do the convertible owners do with the top boot. I mean it isn't good for anything else!

I got both keys (integrated fob) and no boot.
