Cool Basic info on PT

Hi I would like to know is there any online shop for parts and accessories for my PT. And does it delivers to Bosnia because i am living there. And if someone knows how reliable are those 2.0 motors with manual transmission.

Savke,

Welcome to the forum. No body here from the U.S. knows a heck of a lot about the 2.0 engine because they don't make that particular engine here.

As far as parts and accessories for Europe, you might drop a line to Maggie at www.RaceandStreet.com

Besides the engine, what would like to know? Did you happen to get the owners manual with it? Do you have access to a Chrysler dealer in Bosnia? Will you have access to a reliable mechanic when it comes to service? How about parts, to keep it running on a daily basis, surely you can't depend on the Internet and overseas shipping for everything.

You have a major service coming up at 100K which will need a lot of parts and someone with good mechanical knowledge and abilities.

Hey savke,

Maggie is good for parts, and you may also get a hold of Mitch at Cruiser Motor sports at the Link below.

Cruiser Motor Sports

I know Mitch does a lot of world wide shipping of PT Parts, and like Maggie, is up among the best people you would ever want to work with on any PT Stuff!

I wish I knew more about the 2.0 engine, but like Crewzin said, they are just not available here in the US. In fact, if you find any information, or could post some photos of your ride, I am sure a lot of us would love to see, and learn more about your PT, and the PT scene where you come from! I'll bet you can get some really cool, and different shots of your PT in your home land!

Here are a couple of my favorite PT Pics from Egypt that I found online that to me are really cool as you just don't see a PT in that setting too often, and the last photo is of a PT on Lambardi Street in San Francisco, California which is known as one of the most curvy streets in the United States!

I'll bet you have some really cool places to take a pic of your PT!

Anyways, again, welcome to the site, and if its learning about the PT in general, you are in a great place full of great information!

Take it easy, and I hope to catch you around!

You might do better asking at the UK Cruiser site UK Cruiser Club :: Index
The 2.0L engine was used here in the Neon - I had several Neons, and the worst was that they, too, had lousy stock ignition wires.

Except for the long license plate (which necessitated a bigger opening in the rear bumper), the amber side light by the front wheel and parking on the sidewalk, it looks just like one of ours in the U.S of A.
