Re: Head gasket failure at ~11,000 miles
On warranty work, Chrysler has a set procedure to go thru before they can just tear down the engine. I am sure that a good tech can look at a engine like yours and know what needs to be done, but their hands are tied by the correct procedure.

yep on warranty work they get paid to do the job and I am sure they have guidelines to follow somebody has to pay for there time and the parts they use even Chrysler has to but the parts someplace
