Engine light on, no code, felt shake

was resuming from a stop light, i was speeding up, then maybe around 2000 rpm felt the car do one quick jerk 1-2seconds, i think the engine sound changed during the shake, then the engine light went on. got home in 2 minutes, did the code, but it showed just -done- ...
i think it kinda felt like something with the transmission it didnt change the speed right or something, but i have no idea
seems to work after that

One "burp" could mean anything. A part going bad, but your not gonna see it. A plug fouling up, you might see a discolored tip if you care to pull them. I couple drops of water in the fuel, throw some de-icer in the tank for good measure. Hard to say with one occurrence and no code.
