addon alarm & transponder ?
i was just browsing around online part stores and they sell some cheap alarm systems ~60-80$, but when i looked in the description
if i understand right - most or all? of these "addon" alarms disable the transponder security ?

Why? The one in the car should work. You can add one and have two, independent of each other. I'd be more concerned about break-ins; just don't leave anything visible to tempt some a**hole to bust your window out.
