Default 2004 PT GT (midnight blue ) automatic

I found at a dealer a Carfax 1 owner 2004 PT GT with 34K confirmed miles(clean) with chrome for $10,800 final offer price they say... it seems very nice-only flaw-maybe tires 1/2 worn.... is it a deal or no deal?? ... im also looking to grab a bargain... ??( been sitting since NOV'08--- thoughts .... thanks MJB

What sort of warranty you get?
Offer 'em $10K, $10.5 if it's loaded.

Blue Book in my neck of the woods for that in excellent condition is $12,400. I'd go with what Don said.

Think about checking more than just Carfax...it's can overlook some thing, like nonmandatory incidents/problems.
But, for a GT with that mileage sounds reasonable!
