Default TRUNK SPACE!!!!! (far out man)

hey just figured id post my moving day...

now i regularaly lug around a 33 gal compressor and 3-4 pretty damn decent sized tool boxes plus coveralls parts and all that..and of course it all fits but today i truly amazed my self and other around me

i had the entire car exept for the drivers seat packed with stuff and too the roof with boxes and stuff to fill the gaps above the boxes to the celing...

now the pt is not a truck by anymeans but i have moved alot of stuff including a car tent just by folding that pass seat down.

i took more stuff that the old f100 and caravan we were with. for instance when i was packed to the top the van caried one 42' lcd tv, and a coffee table; the truck in question carried a bed and box spring and a mirror...
the only thing that couldnt have gone in my car was the queen sized bed.

heck ive even moved a fullsized couch before with my car, just took out the seats tied the hatch down and i was on my way...

these cars really arent that bad and can definatly hold there weight against many other vehicles on the road dispite the rep they have.

[/end-rant]

The PT (with the seats out) really holds a lot, I agree.
I love my PT, too, but really, no way it can hold more than a Caravan...

Caravan driver didn't like driving with a full car....in all fairness to check both ways before turning I had to hang out the window cause there was a box taking all the space...but my car definatly contributed most to the move

Cool Re: TRUNK SPACE!!!!! (far out man)

I agree, as I haul a lot of stuff in soonercruiser too, that I will not be able to do in the vert!
But, I disagree with the Caravan idea, as I did have a Grand Caravan before soonercruiser....and with the seats out that would haul as much as a small pickup!
