P0138 = P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
Not a lot on the P0122 s far as fixing it. You might need special diagnostic tools/scanner. Here a list of codes separated by what they go to.... TROUBLE CODES, Page 3

no i think its just 1 sensor, the one they're getting the code for
also they say they are only getting one code from memory - O2 code arent a number of previous codes stored in the cars putter? its is indeed dealer service, but i need my car back so i havent had time to look around...

The codes stored in the computer are all of the codes that are set by previous sensors unless the battery is disconnected for about 5 minutes or a dealer or private mechanic with a scanner has cleared them. Then you start all over with new codes that are seen.

230 miles later p0122 pops up again ...
(along with a p2074, 0138 still there and the 0122) ![]() ------------- p2074 google as P2074-manifold Pressure/throttle Position Correlation CORRELATION - HIGH FLOW/VACUUM LEAK When Monitored: Engine Running, during all drive modes. Set Condition: If vacuum drops below 1.5 Hg with engine RPM greater than 2000 RPM at closed throttle. 1. Maybe the original codes weren't cleared from the computer. 2. The vacuum leak is messing with the air/fuel mixture and the upstream 02 sensor is picking that up as a fault.
