OBD-II Trouble Code: P0138 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage ...
P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input - Check ...

I Googled both and the above is what came up. If you Google them, it will give a better indication of what is wrong and possible fix. Good Luck!!!

P0138 = P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

Not a lot on the P0122 s far as fixing it. You might need special diagnostic tools/scanner. Here a list of codes separated by what they go to....

02 sensors not bad, if they are talking both sensors. I paid 160 for both sensors and installation at a private garage. The serpentine and alternator belt replacement, although mine was done with the timing belt and water pump, yours sounds way too high. The brakes, depends on what the actually do. Trans and coolant flush not too bad. Plugs and wires, if it's your wires, I guess they're going by book hours, so a little high. Anyone who's done it before can change them in 1/2 hour. A dealer hourly price is always higher than anyone else's.

no i think its just 1 sensor, the one they're getting the code for

also they say they are only getting one code from memory - O2 code
arent a number of previous codes stored in the cars putter?

its is indeed dealer service, but i need my car back so i havent had time to look around...

The codes stored in the computer are all of the codes that are set by previous sensors unless the battery is disconnected for about 5 minutes or a dealer or private mechanic with a scanner has cleared them. Then you start all over with new codes that are seen.

230 miles later p0122 pops up again ...
(along with a p2074, 0138 still there and the 0122)

-------------
p2074 google as

P2074-manifold Pressure/throttle Position Correlation

CORRELATION - HIGH FLOW/VACUUM LEAK

When Monitored: Engine Running, during all drive modes.
Set Condition: If vacuum drops below 1.5 Hg with engine RPM greater than 2000 RPM
at closed throttle.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

VACUUM LEAK
HIGH RESISTANCE IN MAP (K7) 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
RESISTANCE TO GROUND IN MAP (K7) 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
MAP SENSOR
HIGH RESISTANCE IN (K1) MAP SIGNAL CIRCUIT
RESISTANCE TO GROUND IN (K1) MAP SIGNAL CIRCUIT
HIGH RESISTANCE IN (K4) MAP GROUND CIRCUIT
PCM
TP SENSOR OPERATION
HIGH RESISTANCE IN (K6) TP SENSOR 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
RESISTANCE TO GROUND IN (K6) TP SENSOR 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
TP SENSOR
HIGH RESISTANCE IN (K22) TP SIGNAL CIRCUIT
RESISTANCE TO GROUND IN (K22) TP SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT
HIGH RESISTANCE IN TP (K4) SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT
-------------

doesnt sound like it would have anything to do with the oxygen sensor?
...
why would the same oxygen sensor code show up again?

1. Maybe the original codes weren't cleared from the computer.

2. The vacuum leak is messing with the air/fuel mixture and the upstream 02 sensor is picking that up as a fault.
