Sunroof acting weird

Last Saturday while leaving a car show, I go to close the sunroof and it wouldn't close. It would move a little then stop. After playing with the button a few times, I finally got it to close. Anyone else had this problem or know what the problem may be?

Had a sunroof in an older car stop in the open position, finding a safety switch (or stop switch for full open) had gotten out of alignment just enough to not make contact, so no power to the switch. Several things could be the problem, from the switch to the power connection, or just got stuck enough. Almost makes you not want to open it, if it might not close...

I had a similar problem years ago... The sunroof would open by itself and i would have to hold the close button down to get it to close and stay shut. I took it to the dealer and it was a faulty sensor or something like that if I remember correctly...
