Question Lower radiator hose change

Hello,
I am bringing my '04 PT with 32k miles into my local shop for routine spring maintenence: Tranny Fluid Change. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Radiator Flush.
Plugs and Wires were replaced last year at this time.
My question is: Should I have them replace the Radiator Hoses too?
The upper looks easy enough to get at, but I'm not so sure about the lower.
I don't want this to become costly if everything has to come off to get at the lower hose.
Does anyone know how hard it is too get to this hose and if it is worth doing at this stage in time?

Thanks!

Cool Re: Lower radiator hose change

Wow, you're everywhere!

Thanks again, the car goes in first thing tomorrow morning so I've been trying to maximise my chances of a response before then.

Yea, that was me in the NY Times. Don't know why they picked me. Thanks for the compliment on the PT. I would have done it a little differently if I had to do it over again. When I started modding there wasn't the aftermarket choices that there is now. NOPI and PT Cruiser Bits were they only places to get accessories.
