You'll have to jack up the car on the side your working on and turn the wheel towards the other side to give you room to work. Either that or jack up the car and take the wheel off.
In the wheel well there's an oblong piece with small flaps all around it. Take a flat head screwdriver and carefully work your way around the flap pulling it towards you until the whole flap comes off. That will give you direct access to the rear of the lights.

No nuts to take out. Look upward from those screws at the bottom of the fender, there is a trap door so to speak, its a square just before the top crest of the wheel well. Start at the front of the inside of the fender feel your way upward and you will feel it, more inside than out. You can use a screwdriver to pull that door open enough to get your hands in there to pull it out. Then you can reach in and twist then pull the bulb out through that door. Be gentle you are not given a lot wire to work with. If you are ridng on stock 16's you may not have to jack the car up, but cut the wheels hard right to work on the left and vice versa. But even I find with my girls hands I sometimes need to at least jack the car up to get enough room to work with 17's and bigger custom wheels.

yea i found out how to install them.ok no the fog lights.under the usual bumper its just a gray covering.and i ordererd just the bulbs.will i have to buy a cover for them?

You shouldn't have to buy anything except the new bulbs, the covering comes away (you might have to hold it away) and them just put it back after you change bulbs. The covering is waht protects the end of the bulbs from debris.
