Chrysler Bankuptcy and Extended Warranties?

If Chrysler files Chapter 11, what happens to my extended warranty? We bought our 2006 PT from a dealer a little over a year ago and purchased an extended warranty at the time directly from Chrysler (we paid something like $750).

I've heard talk about warranties on cars purchased after a bankruptcy would be backed by the government, but little about warranties for cars already purchased. Anyone have any ideas on whether these warranties will be honored?

My car is always breaking down. I can't afford a car without a warranty that I still owe money on!
