Please don't use all CAPS. It's like screaming/shouting on the internet.
Not positive about this, but according to the movie "Gone In Sixty Seconds" (great movie), You can take proof positive evidence to the Chrysler dealer and they can cut new keys and program them to you car. You don't have to buy new locks and ignition. Also according to owners on this forum, the price varies quite a bit on cutting and programming but should be less than $200.

Call the dealer, ask them what your options are. Otherwise, maybe you need to call the police about her taking the keys (accidentally or on purpose?). A new key can be cut and reprogrammed (only at the dealer), but if she still has the keys, she can take the car at will unless you create a hidden ignition cut-off switch.

I would think that if you took the vehicle registration to a Chrysler dealer to show your the owner and explained that you lost your keys that they would cut and reprogram new ones. No need to mention your wife took the original ones.

But it sure would lend credence to his story of loosing his keys.

You can take your VIN to a dealer and they can make new keys without the car, its just quicker to use the key as a guide. Call first to double check this though. You may need proof you own the car, so registration, title you know the drill. Cost around $200. If not you will have to flatbed the car to the dealer. Tow truck driver will have to break in to it, but without a key you will have no gears for an auto or steering. 5-speed you can get neutral but no steering. Once he opens the door, you will need to kill the alarm, pop hood disconnect battery 10mm wrench will do it, quickest is a ratcheting one. Non turbo you will have to pull airbox first, need a flathead screwdriver, for the airbox tube you have to disconnect it to get airbox out. Then pull airbox up then work the snorkel out from under the fender on drivers side. What a "B" to do that.. Say it with me "restraining order". Knew you could..

Be sure to ask about this point. I don't think its true. I think there is a code they program to the keys and fobs.. I could be wrong but ask.
