Default Another Radiator/Trans cooler question?

Ok after further examination it appears that the fluid Im dripping ever so slightly onto the bottom fan cowl & battery tray is red & feels & may be trans fluid?? Its red & stays on napkin... anyway is there a trans cooler in the radiator as well as the external trans cooler under the car?? The trans fluid appears bubbly?? Im at 69200 on my 7/70 power train warranty? Covered? Im not in my 3/36 anymore.. more tips thanks MJB

The trans is covered by the Power Train Warranty so I'd get it to the dealer ASAP.

The trans cooler for the Non-turbo is attached to the bottom left (when under the car) side of the radiator where as the trans cooler for the Turbo models is attached to the radiator right above the inter-cooler.

According to the manual on Non-turbo cars it's located attached to the radiator at the left side bottom.
Instructions to remove:
1.Remove the front bumper cover.
2. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect the oil cooler hoses.
3. Remove the fasteners that attach the transaxle cooler tothe radiator.
4. Remove the oil cooler.

Picture isn't very clear, but the electrical connection to the right of the arrow is the wires for the fan motor.

OK I rechecked trans fluid when fully warm-it seems normal pink & ok,,,, anitfreeze is full...another idea --could that red spot-small drip near battery tray & fan shiels bottom be coming from power steering?? same color,,, ( my line was replaced at 18K on a recall) does it go anywhere in that area?? again thanks,,MJB

The recall was for the lines running from the power steering pump over to the steering gear running under the transaxle. On some cases the lines were rubbing on the transaxle and causing a leak that could cause a fire. Yes, it could be the fluid from the pump but there's no way to tell without an examination of the area. That's the best I can tell you.
