Default Bugs on windshield

I searched and did not really come up with anything, but does anyone else seem to have problems with bug splatter on their windshield? I've had my PT for only a couple of weeks and it seems as though I am getting quite a bit more than any of my previous cars. Hopefully it's just coincidental with getting the PT just recently and all the rain we've been getting lately and more bugs out, and that's why my search did not come up with much

I think it's the way the PT is shaped with an almost upright front windshield and front dynamics that throws everything towards the glass. I have 98,000 miles and millions of tiny nicks all over the windshiled from highway driving.

I, too, drive through a cloud of bugs. My job is located right past a landfill along a stretch. I usually work the closing shifts so I get to kill dozens of bugs passing by on my way home.
But that's nothing a weekly wash won't fix.

AND I wax my windshield with Dupont teflon car wax, so at least they are easier to clean off...

"Rain-X" both treats the wndshield for raing repelling, and easy cleaning of bugs!
