How can I tell if my 06 Cruiser can have the EVIC installed?

After I got my Cruiser, I learned of a component called the EVIC and wanted to get one, but I have no idea if it will work or be available for it. Is there any way to tell?

Ok I give up. What is a EVIC. I may want to get 2 or 3 of them.
