Default Air is blowing warm?

My air conditioner is blowing cool air but not cold. Any ideas? I've noticed that when I drive my car and shut it off it has an air pressure leak sound coming from what I can tell the air conditioning line leading to the condenser. It seems like it might be coming from one of the valves. It goes away after about an hour of being parked and shut off. The car doesn't overheat and still runs fine. Any thoughts?

Have you done any kind of search on this forum? Here's a thread that might help you...

A/C not working

If your answer isn't there, have you checked the R134 levels with proper guages? Is the fan running when the A/C is turned on? Does it ever blow cold then go to cool and even warm then back again to cold? The air pressure sounding leak is probably coming from the A/C Pressure Valve and only does that when somethings wrong and pressure builds up inside the system. First thing to do is have the R134 levels checked professionally.
