How many?
Just how many PT Cruiser's have been built? I suppose it would be in the VIN on the car as to what # each one is...

On March 8, 2006, DaimlerChrysler announced that it had built 1,000,000 PT Cruisers at the Toluca plant since February 14, 2000. (Taken from Wikipedia)
Since then I don't know. The last 6 of my VIN starts in 25. I doubt my 2006 was #25X,XXX out of 1,000,000 so I don't see how the VIN can show what # but maybe I'm wrong.

The silver 03 GT is gone, but a Solstice has arrived. There are three more PT's to play with though  My personal thanks to veteran and novice crewbies that have offered information and how-to's they have been instrumental in taking LiquidPT from modded car to stock to live a more quiet and sedate life.
