i just purchased one of these. i plan on doing the switching myself except for the window. i was wondering if everything is easy to take apart? for example the handle on the outside? the washer solvent squirt-er? and 3rd brake light?

I have one sitting in the shed myself, you will have to cut all the holes for the hardware. If you are comfy with that go for it. Two things.. Don't reuse teh struts, they are way to strong for the CF hatch. Make sure you get all the paint and bodywork done first, that way you don't have to tear it apart twice..
I say yes paint it, so you only know how much weight you are saving..

There are three more PT's to play with though ![]() My personal thanks to veteran and novice crewbies that have offered information and how-to's they have been instrumental in taking LiquidPT from modded car to stock to live a more quiet and sedate life. |
