Unhappy HELP!!! power steering and ac went out at the same time

I went to the dentist yesterday morning and everything was ok. I drive a 05 touring editon. Well later that evening I started up my Princess mobile and heard just a small knock. I did not think anything of since I was standing on something outside and thought it was that. Anyway, I tried to back it up that was fine. When I went to turn it was so hard. I know my power steering is out. My ac was blowing out cold air at first but then it was getting warm. Now all of this happened at the same time. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?

Sounds like you might have blown the serpentine belt.

From PT Do-It-Yourself.net:

The serpentine belt drives the power steering pump and A/C compressor. The maintenance schedule is outlined in your owners' manual. Inspect and adjust (if necessary) the power steering pump and A/C compressor drive belt tension at 30K, 45K, 60K, 75K, 90K and 105K according to schedule B. We recommend that that you have a service manual on hand if you intend to replace any of drive belts.

The accessory drive consists of two Poly-V type drive belts. One belt drives the generator, and the other drives the power steering pump and A/C compressor (if equipped). The power steering and A/C belt is tensioned by an automatically controlled belt tensioner. (The tensioner can be irrevocably damaged if you adjust it incorrectly.) The generator belt is manually tensioned using an adjusting bolt and a locking nut.
