A/C problem with 2006 PT

My wifes 06 PT has a a/c problem, while driving down the road it will blow cold for a few seconds and then go warn and it does this over and over again.

Before this the a/c went compleatly out and they replaced the pressure switch and coolong fan it was working fine untill this.

What could be the problem? How can I shoot alittle r134 in to the system? I can find the low pressure port

I don't know if they changed things in the engine compartment when they did the makeover in 2006 but in the 2001-2005 models the high and low side ports are right on top next to the power steering reservoir. I'll get a picture up in a minute.
