Teekypt,

The sticker on the edge of the door has the Birth Date on the top line. Mine says 8-00 (August 2000). I think the wording before is says MFR DTE (manufacture date) or something like that. Not sure of the time stamp but it might be there also or maybe on the window sticker (if you still have it), I haven't checked that. I'm not at home right now to check it.

The Manufacturer's Production Date is located on the inside of the drivers door right below the VIN number. It will say MDH: followed by a six digits. The first two numbers being the month, second two being the day and the third two numbers being the hour of the production run.
