airbox to turbo replacement pipe

Default airbox to turbo replacement pipe

Does anyone out there know if these are still made ??? I think it was AMX1397???? Are there any other Mfgrs that make a pipe to replace stock??? I have an 06 gt ... Please let me know Thanks Tom

Unfortunately, Jim (AMX) no longer makes the pipes. But if you go to Ptcrew, under vendors there is a section for him. He is working with needswings to get them produced through them and powdercoated if I remember correctly. He also has instructions, and a parts list on how to make them all yourself.

There is also the vak system, but not sure where to get it. From what I've heard it's kind of pricey as well.

*Stage 1, DSP w/93 canned tune, 3" o2 housing, 3" FWDPerformance downpipe with cutout. Bwoody solid mounts. AMX1397 TTAB with K&n drop in filter and airbox mod. AMX1397 lower pipe and AMX1397 uppipe with HKS BOV
* stock nsrt rims powdercoated black, chrome pillars.
* 3 gauge pod w/ aem wideband, Autometer ultralite oil pressure and 30/30 boost, Mopar 8" sub.*

I made my own. It's cheaper. Look at Jim's list of parts.

Where would the vacuum line that is on old plastic pipe go if replace it with a hard pipe?

To a nipple on the new pipe.

not true, he still makes them over at ptcrew
