It's cool, but there's one BIG problem with all all-electric cars nobody seems to see: where do they expect them to be recharged?

Sure, those of you who live in single-family houses probably have an exterior outlet or three, but what about those of us in multi-family housing? I like the all-electric concept, but I live on the sixteenth floor of a highrise: am I supposed to just run an electric cord out my window and down the side of the building? Sure, I have a garage to park in, but it does NOT have any outlets..... so now I'm running that electric cord out my window, down the side of the building, across a corner of the parking lot, around back and into the garage...... yeah, right!

This is why I'm seriously thinking a hybrid will be my next car: gas saving and NO electric cord to worry about.

To say nothing about repurchasing and disposal of the "old" batteries. I didn't check to see how many miles it gets per charge . kDo you then say MPC???

Thanks Terry for the comps on the front end, I was thinking the cowl hood would help the batteries to cool off faster too.
