All the wiring from the multi-function stalk and the wiper stalk comes together in one harness down in the steering column and when you change to a new MF stalk you have to take off two small modules from the old stalk to put on the new stalk and they are the combo flasher and a wiper switch.

I was about to add my $.02 when edj8 added his. I just wanted to add that replacing the multi-function stalk wasn't really necessary, just the module for the wiper.

If you still have the stalk, there's plenty of owners here on the forum looking for one.

No problem at all. I took my time and was looking up facts about the wiper to see where and if there was a module.

Saw your other message to me. The steering column has two stalks. On the left is the Multi-function switch(stalk) (head lights, turn signals, fog lights) and on the right is the wiper stalk. They both hook together in the center and the wiring from both make up a wiring harness that runs down the column to places unknown.

I haven't had any problem with either stalk (switch) so I haven't taken it them off but as explained in a few of the answers on this and other forums, the fog light module and wiper switch module are on the multi-function switch. So, it does seem like you'll have to take it off again.
