Default DRL's

Some of the later models of PT's do not have Daylight Running Lights; my '05 as an example. Has anyone found a good solution without mounting additional lights for this? I've installed LED DRL's on another car that I have that did not come with them and will on the PT if there is not another solution.

I know some of the studies don't show them advantageous; but I do.

I also believe in the more lighting the better, I use my fog lamps as running lamps. I also hope that my MF switch in the 2008 is better than those in earlier years. Used them in the 2006 we had and never had a problem even after 45,000 miles when we traded it in.

My 05 has DRL but it is also a Canadian car, where it is law.
