That was the first thing that came to my mind too. My gas door only cost me 10.00 plus a lot of time and patience. Those kn\inda mods usually don't have a lot of $$ involved but the time and skills involved make them not for everyone.

What I did was got 4 small relays from Radio shack and a set of LED washer nozzles. Took one set of relays and tapped into the "running lights" so LEDs come on automatically, then wired the other, normally closed relays off each turn signal to the LED on that side.
So, when I put lights on, LED washer nozzles automatically come on. When I use a turn signal, the LED on that side blinks.

How many of you guys have a scraped up front air dams ? I went and bought two seperate door sweeps from Lowes. One of them was the big one, used the metal frame for that, bought some stainless allen bolts, and then two more smaller sweeps to make a rubber front air dam / splitter. Since these pics I have changed it, its now orange like my car, and has black rubber instead. It mighta cost me $20 or $25 altogether, not including paint. You could also just get a big roll of the black exterior garage door seal and bolt that on.

I take it you haven't been here long? My gas door mod has become quite infamous if I do say so myself. Anyway here is the link to the thread.

Lowpt, that is one sick mod!

I think I shall require something along that line, but instead of totally getting rid of mine, I want to mod it so that I can get one of the old school chrome screw on gas caps that sits above the fill neck on the fender.
