The beauty of this project is that you can get any style of bolt covers..anodized.colored...I've even seen some online that have skulls and flames on them. I used the O ring style

the center knob is the smaller one of the two that is where the 3m tape came in..the vent on/off vent knob is larger..that you can simply push that into the bolt cover and it will stay snug..I used a pair of pliers and a cloth so not to ruin the finish.

the Radio knob I used a chrome air filter knob...this one was a little more involved but I finally got it to stay put and look good as well.

I just Bought these EXACT Bolt Covers at PepBoys Auto the other Day, EXACT SAME, they were ONLY $7.99 for a Pack of 6, I Bought two Packs of course, so all Vent Knobs could be Covered, but I'll prolly use Hot Glue to secure mine in place...

I also Bought a Pack of 6 Chrome Arrow Accents, cuz my old 59 Sport Fury had something like that on it in places, Chrome V's, which meant that the Car was a V8 of course, lol, so I dunno, I just always LOVED them on Classic Car's, Owned a few myself and well, since my PT was Designed to look like a Classic Street Rod or something, mines a Turbo Convertible BTW, I just thought these would also look good on my PT in places, so well see, I'm putting them on Today!!!!!

Later!

Well guys, I just wanted to show a couple of my home made mods. First I have a "true" cold air intake. this was not store bought, it was made from a few pieces of 3 inch pipe I had laying around. I had to do a battery relocate to achieve this and it took about 2 hours to complete. I highly recommend this, it dropped my 1/8 mile times by .5 second. I also took some 1/4 aluminum and fabed up a solid motor mount insert for the top, now I have 0 wheel hop. I also took a set of gen 2 tails, took them apart and body matched them to the car. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Cool intake...
I see that you have tape marks on the bumpers, check out the tread on getting rid of those tape marks on the bumpers. the wd40 and x-fine steel wool does work to get rid of them...with not to much work..

thanks for the tip twress, I'll give that a try.

On the intake, there is a filter, it is located where the factory fog light goes. Here is a link to a video
please ignore the dirtiness of the car. this is after installing the solid upper motor mount. The intake has been redone since this video was recorded, I'll get an updated one up soon. enjoy
