Hi Everyone,

After reading through this site for the past 2 months or so, I finally signed up and became a member. I own a base inferno red PT Cruiser wagon, model year 2006, and I'm from the Silicon Valley/Bay Area. I only have a few mods, 17" wheels with Yokohama YK520 tires, Pioneer Premier DEH-510UB stereo and Llumar tint. I plan to do a couple more mods but not much more since this is really my commuter car (used to be my mom's until her doctor told her that she couldn't drive anymore)...

Anyway, I look forward to reading and sharing info with all of you.

Welcome to the forum. Just because it's a commuter car (daily driver) doesn't mean you can't have as many mods as you would like. There's quite a lot of members, including myself, that have added whatever feels good and still use our PT's for the daily drive.

Just remember that along with the cash spent on mods, it's probably a good idea to spend the same on preventive maintenance to keep your PT in top shape for the daily drive.
