Hurray for Chrysler!
Thought I'd mention my excellent experience with Chrysler.
After I bought my PT I emailed them asking for the VIN number breakdown. What did I get? A phone call less than hour later telling me that not only did they already deliver the VIN info to my mailbox, but included the build sheet as well! Super professional. Kudos. Pete

Anytime I have contacted Chrysler for information or to have warranty information transferred on a vehicle, they have been prompt in forwarding the information by snail mail or phone.
