Default New to this board

Hi there,
I have been watching this board for a while. I got my 01 Limited from the original owner after my 01 Cabrio got totalled. I love the car, it has been meticulously maintained and cleaned. I love the ghost flames, they are subtle enough not to be too loud, but when noticed, people really like them. Well, I have posted a couple of pictures to my album so you can see the car.

Default More pics and info

Well, I tried to upload pics to an album, but it isn't showing up. For more info, it is an 01 Limited and has 134,XXX miles on it. It has power everything, automatic, sunroof, the original owner who I bought it from this past March really took excellent care of it. The interior is immaculate (except for a cracking dash by the defroster vent). The engine runs great, PO had the radiator and water pump replaced about 20K ago, oil changed religiously every 3K, tranny changed every 12-15K. He bought it and was in SO CAL and decided he didn't like it plain, so he had some minor visual mods done. He had the flames, bumpers painted, taillights painted and the back-up lights painted. He had all of the emblems removed except the hood and rear lid handle. Here are a coupld of more pics.

Thanks for the comments, I would LOVE to eventually put some tires and wheels, a rolled pan and possibly the PTeazer front end on, but with 5 kids (2 in college), that is a wish list and hasn't even gotten anywhere near reality, but some day!! The wife drives it now and she has graciously let me drive the 03 Expedition.

Thanks

Jim

Jim, sweet looking pictures!! You mention a few things the PO had done, but you didn't mention the timing belt. It should have been changed around the 100,000 mile mark. If you can, contact him to see if it had been done.
