Just removed my antenna!

I could not be happier. There isn't a stupid little stick sticking out of my car anymore. ( Antennas really bug me for some reason) I removed it because I barely listen to music on my radio and just use my FM transmitter for my Ipod and I usually get interception from all kinds of places. I was trying to find a way to make the signal better but what's an easier way to do it then to limit the radios ability to pick up stations. And the best part is the best station that I listen to (the only one) actually works well without my antenna.

So anyone else do the same thing?

Heck no! Tube amps, rocker switches, rotary dials, real light bulbs, static, hum, radio waves, antennas...

I have one of those in my car. I was originally going to shave my antenna completely. The hidden antenna actually has worse reception than my shorty antenna.

If you live close to a larger city you will be ok with it but, in a rural setting you will probably be disappointed.
