First mod- yes, you can laugh
Backstory: There are three PT Cruisers that are cool vanilla that go to my nephew's school, besides me, to pick him up in the afternoons. He's had a slight problem picking the right one, so I needed to do something easy, cheap and not permanent to distinguish mine from the others.
On the way home the other day, we stopped at a drug store to get drinks and snacks and at the checkout I saw these polyethylene straps people use to keep their glasses around their necks. Perfect diameter, bright and colorful, a $1 each. It's so ugly it's funny, but effective and I can change it easily when I want to without feeling guilty.

Necessity is the mother of invention it works it kinda different and it was cheap

Looks good to me. Very unique and makes your car stand out from the crowd. Sometimes the cheapest mods are the best

Oh yeah! Koosh balls wouldn't slap the windshield and make me cringe in fear, either.
 You know, I looked for an antenna ball or some kind of ornament and couldn't find one anywhere in town, of any kind.
