Default '95 Ford Ranger vs. '03 PT (and side note)

Needless to say, the Ford won. My dad backed into my car on his way out to work. Was an accident. What can seven feet and the rear bumper of a Ranger do? $1700 in mechanical repairs and $2700 in body work. My car's KBB value is around $3500. Ouch. Technically totalled. But my dad's insurance is covering it and I get a 2010 Chevy Malibu rental and a new bumper out of it. Can't wait to get rid of this Chevy and get my baby back!

Side note:
Is this win? PT Cruiser carbon fiber rear hatch - special order - APC 10205121

Did it kick in your radiator? What was all the mechanical damage?

A good body shop can make it as good as new.

Yep, and the A/C compressor, too. Got that fixed and it's in the body shop now. I know this body shop, lots of my buddies have used them. They're fantastic. Can't wait to get her back, she'll look better than the day I got her. I was wanting to get the front bumper painted anyways.
