So, when you turn the switch on, I assume it doesn't move? Motor turns, but blade doesn't?
I think what you need to do is pry off black cap at base of wiper with a butter knife or similar - you'll see the wiper is "keyed" onto the shaft. Was the wiper frozen on and you turned on wiper? Might have stripped the ridges....
If you're lucky, you stripped the wiper arm, and not the shaft, and a new arm will fix it, otherwise, new wiper motor with new shaft.
