Weird knock in suspension?

So i've had this weird knocking sound in the back of my car for about 30,000 miles. It's never caused any trouble or anything it just sounds bad when i hit rail road tracks or bumps at ANY speed. I changed the rear struts and it still sounds like garbage. One of my friends said it could be the shock block but i dont know much about suspension. Any idead? It's just a knock when the car shifts its weight in any direction, not hurting performance as far as i can tell. Thanks

Might be just the exhaust hitting something. Stop in at a muffler shop and they'll check it out for free.

My bet - panhard rod/watts linkage - in the center of the axle, large circle, 2 rods going out - one in each direction - I've read of lots needing replacement.
I'm told not too expensive.

I'm not exactly sure what a panrod or watts linkage is but ill look into it and see if maybe thats the problem. The exhaust isn't hitting i know that for afact. It makes the noise on a flat road when i just jerk the car around. It makes the noise when the body shifts either way.
