boot cover

Hi everyone and Happy new Year,,when the boot cover is on is it considered a part of the interior or exterior?? thinking of getting the boot cover air brushed to match my car's exterior paint job. Thanks in advance for the info.wish i new how to post pics. so you could see what I am talking about.

My PT is my 6th ragtop and all of them had boots to match the interior. I think of it as a part of the interior BUT I do know that Chromenut traded his light gray matching boot for a black one and the contrast on the silver car is nice. (He also has black wheels.)

It is your PT and should reflect your tastes and your flames are awesome!

Thanks Santa,,thats what I thought about the boot cover being a part of the interior,,,I was thinking of maybe having my air brush guy either air brush the cover in "fire and smoke" or maybe to make it look like it had already been burnt and color it in blacks and gray,,Thanks for the compliment on the fire and smoke,,

I consider it part of the interior.
And, I did have a little thought in the back of my head about a custom air-brushed grahic or something.
My boot, as tan, happens to match the interior perfectly.

Hi there Soonercruiser,,your PT'S are great and sharp,,I know what you mean as far as adding a little pizzaaa to just give it them that certain glow,, I think I will go with something to make it look like it has already been burnt,,,the cover is the gray one so I think with a lot of black and gray and white smoke it might just look the right way,, thanks again for the compliment,,,
